Our Story

Richard Penrose

Richard is a 47 year resident of Pensacola. He was faith raised by his mother Eva who taught him the blessing of being benevolent and caring. His father Gary, was a Navy Senior Chief which positively impacted the way he lives his life.

Richard started his career with Liberty National as a debit agent in Myrtle Grove at the young age of 19. Richard left Liberty National and worked the next 27 years in Wholesale industrial distribution with a focus on industrial applications, Richard has a diversified background and knowledge of numerous industries, building construction and as a business owner. His entire career path has been always with the customers best interest at heart.

Richard has also volunteered for community organizations such as the Pensacola Police Dept. Reserves, Bellview VFD, American Cancer Society, Fiesta Forces, NAIFA Pensacola Board Member past, Veterans Memorial Park Board Member past and as past President of WFHS Baseball for 2 seasons.

9 years ago Richard started Coastal Family Insurance, LLC and is excited to focus on continuing excellent customer service for his clients.

Amber joins us as a General Lines – Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, bringing over 12 years of valuable experience in the financial services industry. With a deep background in member services and community relations, she excels at tailoring
